Soundtrack Showcase “Plateau”

Human Power I originally wrote this track for the image of ancient troops kinda like Gladiator or 300, so I’ve produced with all orchestra instruments, no synthesizers.  However there’s no free footage to make a video for, it turns out to be a space crash.  You can imagine the footsteps at the beginning, leading into snare and toms roll. Both strings and brass ostinato are really strong and easy to make a mood of marching, while I made a little dramatic scene to create a tragic moment.  Hope you enjoy listening! Soundtrack Showcase “Chopper”

Inspired by Rambo After I watched Samaritan last month, I was obsessed with Stalone’s films.  I have loved his movies since I was a child, Rocky and Rambo have always been my heroes. There Are many reasons I love Stalone’s films, one is definitely his scripts.  Those here speak what the audiences really want to speak.  I created this track imagining Rambo’s helicopter going to his war zone jungle.  Hope you enjoy watching! Soundtrack Showcase “Siroco”

Thoughts go to Berbers I haven’t been to Africa while I’ve seen it from Maldives.  It was a great experience having a view of the sea surface around the equator.  I found out how round the horizon line was.  I thought I could swim to Africa under a clear sky, however I remember the tide was particularly strong so that I couldn’t swim straight enough. I created this track imagining Northern Africa and the Mediterranean.  All the instruments I use are “ancient”.  Something old, something new.  The beauty of music never changes. Soundtrack Showcase “Love”

Precious Moment The video for this showcase was actually one of the assignments for my students years ago.  They have done well in the class but I haven’t worked on them so I did it for the company’s showcase.   I created this track with fewer instruments.  The simpleness works well especially when you try to reach inside of the audience’s thoughts.  They can ask themselves white listening. Soundtrack Showcase “Departure”

Mission in outer space It’s always interesting to see an innovation in science.  Many things I’ve seen in movies years ago are going to be real.  I hope it is still fiction that aliens attack our planet or we offend other space to survive.  I created this track contrasting longer phrases and arpeggios like baroque music pieces, which implies a tension between authority and people, nature and people, eternity and people, etc… kind of that. Soundtrack Showcase “Choice”

Human’s emotions This video was another assignment for my class. (the other is the one for “Love”)  I finished with the new music. People have emotions.  We normally write music for happier feelings, don’t we?  If you’d like to save nobody with your song,  it could be a very sad song, however you’re not doing it all the time.  Film scorers have to write for all kinds of feelings technically, control emotions with their writings.  That would be something out of the way of music theory.  Interesting, isn’t it?  The theme for the video is bipolarity, day or night, stay or go, etc…  So I created music that could contain
